    Somatic healing focuses on the mind-body connection to release stored trauma and stress. By paying attention to physical sensations and movements, clients can process emotions held in the body, leading to improved emotional and physical well-being. This approach helps restore balance, reduce tension and increase awareness-facilitating healing and resilience. Techniques like breathwork, movement, and mindfulness create a safe space for exploration, promoting internal healing.

    50 minute, weekly therapy sessions tailored to your specific needs. We will discuss a plan for your treatment to address your goals.

    Held in a group setting, this hour long class will help you ground into your body, identify sensations, release tension and make space for new sensations and experiences.
