Hi! My name is Carolina and I am an Art Therapist in Miami, FL. I created this 6 step method as a way for you to feel confident in your ability to cope and manage your anxiety as it presents itself in the moment!
This workbook includes my 6 step method, talks about the various modalities that influenced it and is simple to follow along.
Parts Work/CBT
Parts Work (or Internal Family Systems) reflects on the different “parts” that exist within us. CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy) addresses limiting beliefs and negative thoughts. You will learn how to name and identify what parts show up when anxious.
Art Therapy
We will use tools from Art Therapy by using art-making to explore and express our inner experience. Sometimes we need more than words to know how we feel.
Somatic Healing
Mindfulness will be present throughout the practice as a way to connect with your body - understanding, listening and healing sensations as they arise.
